At BE Yoga, the goal is to cultivate a practice that helps remove what blocks us from contentment in order to enhance our lives and restore our sense of BEing in the world.
Contentment is with us in every moment, but the constant stimulation of our modern world and our sense of always doing, can prevent us from fully experiencing it.
Using multiple yogic foundations in a non-performative atmosphere and a private, one-on-one teaching format, the approach at BE Yoga is to get to know the unique needs and abilities of students in order to tailor a practice that meets them where they are at on their yoga journey and help them achieve their goals.
